We offer different delivery methods depending on your location and preferences. Delivery costs are already included in the price, and the return label (where applicable) is slipped into the parcel to make it easier to return. All you have to do is stick the return label on your parcel to send it back.

1. 1. Shipping by Un Jeu Sans Fin :
      1. Only for local customers (Pays de Gex + certain areas of Haute-Savoie). Please refer to this list to find out if your municipality is affected.
      2. We make the return trip ourselves. We’ll deliver directly to your door, agreeing delivery days and times with you in advance.
   2. Delivery by La Poste Colissimo :
      1. Outbound: home delivery (no signature required) or La Poste collection point
      2. Return: collection from a La Poste collection point
   3. Mondial Relay delivery:
      1. Outbound: delivery to a Mondial Relay relay point
      2. Return: pick-up at a Mondial Relay relay point
   4. « Serenity return » option: only for the return, collection possible via DPD. The parcel is collected by a carrier directly on site. This method of return is optional, with a surcharge of €25. This option can be selected at the time of ordering.
